A powerful tool for the serious analyst. This unit is Adash’ s newest addition to its line of data collectors and online monitoring systems targeted to the user that wants a professional level data collector and field balancer but without the need for a complex four channel unit.
The VA3 is more than a conventional two channel data collector. If tri-axial data is needed then one port is configured to process 3 channels simultaneously. There is also a trigger/tachometer input to allow phase analysis and two plane balancing. This tool can be used for up to 10 hours of operation with field swappable batteries.
An infrared sensor rated to 730 F is provided to monitor and trend bearing temperatures.
The Adash A4300 – VA3 has a color display with a resolution of 240X320. With its onboard strobe light it can help determine shaft speeds, then it can convert to a torch type flashlight for those dark areas so you can collect data safely and collect machine nameplate information when needed. This tool has an 8 GB flash disc internally and a USB 2.0 high speed interface. At less than 2 pounds and compact keyboard design, one handed operation is a snap.
This instrument can be configured to your requirements from three free modules: Meter, Fasti, and Strobo. Optional modules are: Route, Balancer, Analyzer, Recorder, Run Up or Ultrasound.
